the Obama Administration to carry out more operations close to artificial islands China is developing in the disputed waterway.</span> <span data-start-time='67250' data-end-time='74250'>Bob Corker of Tennessee is the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. </span> <span data-start-time='74250' data-end-time='78729'>He expressed his ideas on Wednesday.</span> <span
