material really the best treatment?</span> <span data-start-time='42042' data-end-time='48708'>What if the tooth could repair itself with its own material  dentine?</span> <span data-start-time='48708' data-end-time='54313'>That is what researchers at King's College London are studying.</span> <span data-start-time='54313' data-end-time='59708'>They have found a process that
