listening and writing.</span> <span data-start-time='38563' data-end-time='55625'>According to the 2016 Open Doors report, there are over 328,000 students from China out of a million international students in the United States.</span> <span data-start-time='55625' data-end-time='65979'>However, some students who want to come to the U.S. may not be able to score that high on the tests.</span> four students for cheating on their TOEFL.</span> <span data-start-time='80375' data-end-time='93042'>Yue Wang, a business school student in Massachusetts, received $7,000 to take the tests for three
