replacement.</span> <span data-start-time='37500' data-end-time='50292'>They also talk about possibly using bioelectricity to cause cells to build new tissue and organs.</span> <span data-start-time='50292' data-end-time='60396'>These ideas and others were discussed earlier this month at the World Science Festival in New York City.</span> <span data-start-time='60396'
