Yemen, according to Reuters.</span> <span data-start-time='59542' data-end-time='66792'>This came after the U.S. pulled out all remaining personnel over the weekend.</span> </p><p><span data-start-time='66792' data-end-time='79375'>The U.S. State Department said in a statement that the relocation was due to the deteriorating security situation in Yemen.</span> </p></div><div
