Yosemite National Park reopened on Tuesday after being closed for 20 days because of severe wildfires. That is because the summer months are the busiest part of the tourist season there. In recent weeks, Shaw used all the money he had saved. He had to let go of eight of his 43 employees. Now, he is considering retiring early to avoid a possible future with similar damaging wildfires.
