services to use electronic “lock boxes” to record data from all Internet users in France.</span> </p><p><span data-start-time='32854' data-end-time='37063'>Civil liberties activists have criticized the bill.</span> </p><p><span data-start-time='37063' data-end-time='44146'>Both Socialist majority and conservative opposition lawmakers supported the measure. </span> <span data-start-time='44146'
