Macedonia&rsquo;s request to join NATO.</span> <span data-start-time='55792' data-end-time='63979'>Mattis said, "We ought to leave the Macedonian people to make up their own minds.''</span> <span and Macedonia agreed that Macedonia would change its name.</span> <span data-start-time='81625' data-end-time='90021'>In return Greece would end its objections to Macedonia&rsquo;s request to join
