that the first supplies of the vaccine would be ready for some medical workers within two weeks.</span> <span data-start-time='28479' data-end-time='37021'> They also rejected safety concerns about the vaccine, calling them “groundless."</span> <span data-start-time='37021' data-end-time='51604'>WHO spokesman Tarik Jaserevic talked to reporters in Geneva about clinical tests and what
